Can I preview the cars for sale?

Units are added throughout the week. Our preview hours are Monday–Friday, 9am to dusk.

Can I test drive the cars before I buy them?

Yes, we encourage you to visit us and test drive the units at our location.

How long does the auction last?

Our Monday Online Auction is from 10am–3pm CST.
Our Tuesday Live Auction starts at 2pm CST.

What if someone outbids me at the last minute during the online sale?

In the event that the highest bidder is outbid during the last five minutes of the auction, our system will automatically add an additional five minutes of bidding. You can set up automatic notifications in your preferences. If you need any assistance, please call us.

Do you accept my floor plan company for payment?

Most likely yes. We are approved to floor plan with Next Gear, AFC, Auction Credit, Floor Plan Xpress, AutoUse, and Carbucks. We plan on adding more floor plan companies soon.

What is your arbitration policy?

We will follow the NAAA standards. You can view them here.

How long do I have to pay for my cars?

Units need to be paid for within 24 hours of purchase to avoid late fees. Units must be paid for in full before they can leave the auction lot.

How long do I have to pick up my car?

Units must be removed from the auction lot by the Friday after every sale. Vehicles that are not removed will be removed at the owner's expense.

Pickup hours are Monday–Friday, 6am–10pm CST, and Saturday, 9am–2pm CST.

We may be able to provide a gate pass for after-hours pickup for units that have been paid for in full.
